We sell digital products in the form of online courses. Because access to course materials is granted immediately after purchase, we apply specific refund conditions. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day refund period for online courses, provided that the course has not been accessed or started. If the course has already been started (lessons viewed, quizzes taken, or materials downloaded), we cannot issue a refund.

Refund requests must meet the following conditions:

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of purchase

  • The course has not been accessed in any way

  • The purchase was made directly through our website

Non-refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You have already started the course or accessed course content

  • The refund request is submitted after 7 days from the purchase date

  • You changed your mind or no longer need the course

  • You didn’t fully review the course description or learning objectives before buying

  • The purchase was made as part of a discount bundle or sale offer

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us at refunds@gradebuilder.tech with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • The email used for purchase

  • Order number

  • Course title

  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request within 3 business days and inform you of the outcome by email.

Refund Approval and Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Your access to the course will be revoked

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your payment account or card statement

  2. Contact your payment provider (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, bank)

  3. If the issue persists, contact us at refunds@gradebuilder.tech
